This course covers:
Module 1: Healthy eating advice - the Eatwell Guide

Module 3: Lifestyle and health
The course starts by reviewing our healthy eating guidelines, the main food groups and what it means to have a healthy, balanced diet in practice. The second module looks at how to overcome some of the challenges faced in eating well at work including choosing a healthy breakfast on the go, improving snacking at work and healthy packed lunches.
