Discounts for bulk orders
To help provide affordable nutrition training, we provide group discounts (for multiple users to access the same course).
We also provide separate discounts for schools/FE colleges, other registered charities and those working in the NHS. To find out more, email us with your needs and we will contact you directly. (Proof of your organisation will be required.)

Refund Terms
The British Nutrition Foundation (BNF) has selected PayPal to manage the processing of payments through its site. With PayPal, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for any of the BNF courses available through the Online Training portal, e.g. Visa, Mastercard.
You have the legal right to cancel your paid subscription to a course and receive a refund if you do so within seven working days from the start of your subscription. To cancel your subscription please email postbox@nutrition.org.uk. For security reasons you will be required to quote your Username and PayPal transaction ID (located within your email confirmation).

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

This online training platform is run and written by the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF). BNF is a registered charity (Registered Charity 251681, Scotland SC040061). Its core purpose is to make nutrition science accessible to all and we do this through the interpretation, translation and communication of often complex scientific information. The BNF online training platform provides online courses on different aspects of nutrition for a range of difference audiences. To test or purchase a course, you must first register and create an account.
Upon registration, you will be prompted to provide your email address and create a password. It is recommend that passwords contain a mixture of letters and number, as well as other characters. An email will be sent to you automatically. Please ensure that you keep your username (your email address) and password safe. Do not disclose your password to anyone else. If you believe that your account is being used by someone else, please email BNF immediately.
When registering to use the BNF online training platform, you agree to these terms.
We take every step to try and ensure that the information on the site is accurate and complete, but the BNF will not be responsible for any loss suffered or incurred as a result of any reliance placed on the site or its contents. The site contains links to other sites, but this is not an endorsement of the organisations they depict or their products or services. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on any third party web site.
BNF is the copyright holder of the all text, images, video, audio, charts, graphs, infographics, questions, course documentation and certificates, unless stated within the course. You can print slides and course documentation for your own personal use only. You cannot use any elements of the content separately.
You are entitled to print the certificate, as evidence of your achievement. You cannot use any part of the website (and courses) for any commercial purpose without first prior discussion, approval and licence from BNF.
We may update these terms, from time to time, so please ensure that you visit this page again in the future. Content on this website may change. On occasion, some content may be out of date – however, BNF will update content as quickly as possible. The photographs, videos, audio, charts and graphs used during the training are for illustration only.
The website is hosted externally to BNF. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, due to external factors outside our control. BNF will seek to rectify any issues as soon as possible with the hosting company.
